Medical questions
If you have questions about your treatment, message your provider through your visit, or email us and we'll route you to the clinical team. If this is a medical emergency, call 911 or go to the nearest emergency room.
Report an adverse event or quality concern
To report a side effect, adverse reaction, or a concern about your medication, email hello@compoundrx.cowith "Adverse Event" in the subject. We document every report, notify the dispensing pharmacy and prescriber, and you may also report to the FDA MedWatch program.
Complaints
We take complaints seriously. Email us and we will acknowledge your complaint, investigate, and respond. You may also contact your state board of pharmacy or medical board.
