Shipping

Prescribed medications ship from a licensed compounding pharmacy after provider approval, typically within a few business days, with tracking by email. Temperature-sensitive products ship with appropriate packaging.

Returns

For patient safety and by law, prescription medications generally cannot be returned or resold once dispensed. If your order arrives damaged, incorrect, or defective, contact us within 7 days and we'll make it right.

Cancellations & subscriptions

You can cancel before a provider prescribes at no charge. Subscriptions can be paused or cancelled per the terms shown at checkout. Email hello@compoundrx.co.
