Who we are
CompoundRx (Compound Bio, Inc.) operates a technology platform that connects patients with independent, licensed healthcare providers and licensed compounding pharmacies. We are not a provider or a pharmacy and do not practice medicine.
Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and physically located in a state we serve. You agree to provide accurate information in your medical intake; providers rely on it to make clinical decisions.

Content on this site is for general information only and is not medical advice. Care is provided solely by the licensed provider who reviews your visit.
Payment
You are charged only if a provider issues a prescription. Prices are shown before you are charged. Subscription terms, if any, are disclosed at checkout and can be managed or cancelled per those terms.
Limitation of liability & disputes
