Who reviews your visit
Consultations are conducted by physicians and other qualified healthcare providers who are licensed in the state where you are located. Providers independently exercise their clinical judgment: they review your medical intake, may request additional information, and prescribe only when they determine treatment is safe and appropriate for you.
Independent clinical judgment
Providers are not compensated based on whether they prescribe. A provider may decline to prescribe, recommend a different treatment, or refer you to in-person care. No treatment is guaranteed, and no prescription is issued without a consultation.
Provider credentials
