How it works

Physician-reviewed care, delivered.

CompoundRx connects you with licensed providers and a licensed compounding pharmacy. No prescription is issued without a consultation.

  1. 01
    Check eligibility

Tell us your state, age, and sex. We confirm whether an online visit is available where you live — some states require a video visit, and some treatments aren't offered everywhere.

  2. 02
    Complete your medical intake

Answer a short, condition-specific health questionnaire and give informed consent. It takes a few minutes and there's no charge to start.

  3. 03
    A licensed provider reviews

A licensed healthcare provider reviews your intake and decides whether treatment is appropriate. They may message you for more information or decline if it isn't a good fit.

  4. 04
    Pharmacy dispenses & ships

If you're prescribed, a licensed compounding pharmacy prepares your medication and ships it to your door. You're only charged after a prescription is issued.

Only charged if prescribed

There is no charge to check eligibility or complete your intake. Billing occurs only after a licensed provider issues a prescription. If you aren't prescribed, you aren't charged.

Important safety information

Compounded medications are prepared by a licensed pharmacy for an individual patient based on a prescription. They are not FDA-approved and have not been reviewed by the FDA for safety or efficacy. This page is not medical advice. Talk to your provider about risks and whether a treatment is right for you.
